Laminated Flooring


Laminated flooring is one of the types of floor finishing, nowadays it is widely used because of its cost, easy to maintain and it requires lesser skill to install, compared to its counterparts. The downside is that it is not 100% waterproof. Its inner core is usually made up of melamine resin and fibre board.

Stone Flooring


Stone flooring is one of the types of floor finishing which is carved out of natural solid rock. These blocks of rocks are then cut into slabs which are sent to a processing plant to be re-cut, shaped and polished. Unlike other types of floors, stone flooring improves with age.

Cement Screed

Cement screed is the simple act of applying a well-balanced mixture of Ordinary Portland cement with graded aggregates and water to a floor base, in order to form a sturdy sub-floor that is capable of taking on the final floor finish or act as a final wearing surface. Nowadays, it is widely used in F&B and shopping outlets for its simple design and
lesser cost.
